Third-party services

1. Google Analytics

If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to analyze website usage statistically. Google may process technical data (cookie identifiers, device/browser information, and website usage data). Data may also be transferred outside the EEA.

2. Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse. When using reCAPTCHA, technical data may be transmitted to Google.
Legal basis: legitimate interests in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Google Maps / embedded content

If the website includes a map or embedded content (e.g., YouTube/Instagram), loading such content may result in data being transmitted to the respective provider. We recommend loading these elements only after consent (or using a “two-click” solution).

Your rights

2. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As the Controller is established in Austria, the competent authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde – DSB). (You may also lodge a complaint with your local authority within the EU, as applicable.)
